I used the extension from a Firefox extension tutorial to create a Firefox Extension to add the videos on the Savvy Club video pages to the download list.
After downloading, drop the file icon onto a Firefox Window to install it. After you installed the plugin you will see the button “Link Target Finder” on the right corner of the status bar. A click will add the videos to the Firefox download manager.
The extension is a quick hack. It has some flaws:
- The site restricts the download to one file. The extension starts the download of the first file. The start of the other files must be done manally. You have to stop and retry the other downloads.
- The original filenames are lost. You have to rename the files yourself.
- The extension was not tested on MS Windows, or Apple’s OS X, only on Linux.
